This policy applies to personal data processed when you:

- Use the contact / “Start a brief” form or write to us by email

- Open the map modal (which may load a third-party map embed)
- Use the Size & Fit calculator on the Guide page (see section 15)
It does not cover websites, apps, or services that we do not control, even if they are linked from our pages.

We do not ask for a phone number on this site. Please do not send unnecessary special-category data (e.g. health details) unless it is directly relevant to a commissioned garment and you choose to provide it.
How we use information
We use personal data to:

- Prepare quotes, discuss scope, and perform agreed work
- Operate, secure, and maintain the website
- Remember your cookie preference and apply essential site functions

Where the contact form opens your mail application with a pre-filled message, the content leaves your device only when you send the email. Until then, that draft is not stored by us as a submitted form database.

When retention ends, we delete or anonymise data where feasible.

This site and our services are not directed at children under 16. Marketing and communications
We communicate by email only. We do not operate social media accounts linked from this site, and we do not use phone calls as a contact channel on this website.
- Transactional or project-related emails (replies to briefs, quotes, delivery of work) are sent as needed to fulfil your request
- Any optional promotional email would be sent only with a lawful basis (typically consent) and would include a clear way to opt out
You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails by replying with a clear request or using any unsubscribe method we provide.
Third-party links and embeds
Pages may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. When you open our map modal, a Google Maps (or similar) iframe may load and that provider may set its own cookies or process technical data under its own policy. You can decline to open the map. Automated decision-making
We do not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you. The Size & Fit calculator on the Guide page runs locally in your browser as guidance only; measurements you type there are not automatically sent to us unless you choose to include them in an email or brief.
Do not sell / do not track
We do not sell personal information. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals in a specialised way beyond honouring the cookie preference you set on this site (essential only vs accept all) and avoiding non-essential trackers that are not installed. If we introduce analytics in the future, they will be described in the Cookie Policy and gated by consent where required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The version published on this page is always the one that applies.
