By accessing or using this website, submitting a brief, or requesting services from NORTH STAR MEDIA S.L., you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or send a commercial brief.

The commercial offers described on this site are limited to the following three:
- Collection Development — development of clothing collections
- Personalized Design & Sale — personalized design and sale of high-end clothing and accessories
- Luxury Sourcing — sourcing luxury clothing and accessories on request
The Guide (Size & Fit calculator and related Spain / EU guidance) is a free informational tool on the site. It is not a fourth sellable service and does not create a commission or purchase by itself.
Website descriptions are general. Scope, timing, materials, and price for any engagement are confirmed only in writing (email quote or signed agreement).
Accounts and briefs
This site does not require a user account. Enquiries are email-based.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your brief
- You must use a valid email address you control
- We do not ask for a phone number on the contact form; do not expect phone-based support from this website
- Sending a brief does not oblige us to accept a project; we may decline or propose a different path
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Site content (text, layout, graphics, logos, photography, and code presentation) is owned by NORTH STAR MEDIA S.L. or its licensors
- You may view and temporarily download pages for personal, non-commercial reference
- You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially reuse site materials without prior written permission
- Designs, patterns, sketches, and collection concepts we create for a client remain subject to the IP terms in the written project agreement; until then, they are not licensed for production or resale by you
“NORTH STAR MEDIA” and related marks are used as our brand identifiers. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise the site’s security or availability
- Submit malware, spam, or automated bulk messages through forms or email
- Misrepresent your identity or authority when requesting work
- Use site content to train competing commercial models or datasets without permission
We may suspend access or refuse further correspondence if we reasonably believe these rules are breached.
Quotes, deposits, and payment
Prices shown on the site (if any) are indicative only. Binding commercial terms — including fees, deposits, payment schedule, delivery windows, and revision limits — are confirmed in writing before work begins.
- Deposits or staged payments may be required for design, making, or sourcing
- Payment methods and due dates will be stated in the quote or invoice
- Work may pause if agreed payments are late
- Third-party costs (fabrics, shipping, duties, supplier minimums) may be passed through as disclosed in writing
Return Policy / cancellations / personalized goods
Personalized and made-to-order goods. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal often does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Commissioned garments, bespoke accessories, and similarly customized pieces are typically non-returnable once production has started or materials have been cut to your brief, except where Spanish or EU law requires otherwise or we agree a different remedy in writing.
- Cancellations before production — if you cancel before we start paid work or commit non-recoverable costs, we will discuss a fair outcome; deposits may be partly or fully non-refundable as stated in the quote
- After production starts — cancellations may leave you responsible for work already performed and materials ordered
- Luxury Sourcing — sourced items follow the supplier’s and our written conditions; authenticity, return windows, and shipping risk are confirmed per order and may differ from made-to-order rules
- Faults — if a delivered item has a manufacturing defect attributable to us, contact us promptly by email with photos; we will propose repair, remake, or another remedy consistent with applicable law and the written agreement
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under Spanish or EU law.
Disclaimer of warranties
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis for general information. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Size & Fit Guide. The calculator and regional sizing notes are guidance only. They do not replace professional measuring, fittings, or a written order. Fabric behaviour, ease preference, and body change can alter fit. We are not liable for decisions made solely on calculator output.
Service outcomes depend on materials, supplier availability, timing you provide, and approvals you give. Warranties for a specific commission, if any, will be stated in the written agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including lost profits or missed events) arising from site use or from delays outside our reasonable control
- Our aggregate liability arising from a particular project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project, except where liability cannot be limited (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud)
- Website content does not constitute professional legal, medical, or financial advice
Consumers in the EU / Spain retain rights that mandatory law does not allow us to exclude.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NORTH STAR MEDIA S.L. from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from: (a) your misuse of the site; (b) content you submit that infringes third-party rights or is unlawful; or (c) your breach of these terms — except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or where prohibited by law.
Third-party content and links
The site may link to external websites or embed third-party tools (such as maps). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Opening those resources is at your own risk.
Children’s use
This site and our services are intended for adults. Users under 16 should not send briefs or personal data without appropriate parental or guardian involvement as required by law. See also the children’s section in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence within the EU.
Subject to those mandatory rules, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Huelva, Spain, or other Spanish courts with competent jurisdiction. Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence where the law so provides.
Changes to terms
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in force. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where acceptance must be obtained separately for a new contract.
Existing written project agreements are not automatically altered by a website terms update unless we agree that with you in writing.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and reflect the original intent.
Entire agreement
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any written quote or contract for a specific project, constitute the entire agreement between you and NORTH STAR MEDIA S.L. regarding the subject matter, and supersede prior informal discussions on the same subject — except that a signed project agreement prevails over conflicting website text for that project.
